Booking Information
*We require £10 deposit per cat with each booking.
*We accept provisional bookings, but can only hold these for two days, please confirm your requirements as soon as possible.
*We are aware that delayed flights can alter the planned collection of your cat. We will always do our best to accommodate your pet until you can rearrange collection, but during busy periods we may need to hold your pet in alternative smaller accommodation.
*We reserve the right to deal with any cat not collected within 7 days of the booked departure date, if no communication is received from you or your agent. We will make every possible effort to contact you.
Cancellation Cancellation within two weeks of the booked arrival date will result in the loss of deposit (subject to our discretion).
Hours of Business
We are open from 9am -12am and 4pm-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12noon Saturday and Sundays. We are closed bank holidays. We can offer a delivery service by arrangement, of which there is a small charge.
Daily Boarding Rates Our charges are daily and include the day of arrival and departure. This allows for the essential disinfection and preparation of the suite.

Customers are required to pay boarding fees in full for their cat(s) prior to collection. Payments can be made by cheque or cash.
We take our responsibilities to you and your cat(s) very seriously and always do our very best to ensure that your cat(s) stay is happy and enjoyable. We will keep your cat as comfortable as possible during his/her stay with us. |
