Frequently Asked Questions
Does my pet need to be Vaccinated?
Yes, it’s essential (and a condition of your contract with us).
All cats must be fully inoculated against feline panleucopaenia (infectious enteritis), feline viral rhinotracheitis and feline calcivirus (cat flu).
Is my cat insured?
We are unable to offer veterinary insurance due to recent regulations effected by the Financial Services Authority. Should it be necessary, each owner is now required to be responsible for their cats veterinary fees.
What is required when my cat comes to board?
Their vaccination card. You are also welcome to bring along their favourite toy and blanket. Please do not bring food, water bowls or litter trays.
Are all the cats here fully vaccinated?
Yes. Up to date vaccination records are provided for all cats.
Do the cats get any attention?
Yes, plenty. As we have only sixteen units, we have lots of time for all of our cats.
Is the cattery fully licensed?
Yes. We have regular and random inspections from the WBC Animal Welfar Officers, and they issue us with our licence.
Do you take cats who are on medication?
Yes. We take cats on oral medications, we have several customers who have cats with diabetes.
Can I view the cattery before booking?
Yes. We always encourage new customers to pay us a visit. You can call in anytime during our normal opening hours.
(Mon - Fri 9am - 12pm & 4pm - 6pm / Weekends 9am - 12pm)
What if I have no transport?
That’s not a problem, we can provide a collection and delivery service upon request. (Call us to obtain a price). |
